On October 9, 2025, the 7th-grade football team showed up and showed out! Once again, playing with heart, discipline, and teamwork. Mariano Davila, Shawn Sanchez, and Nolan Ruiz-Olguin led the offense down multiple times for some very exciting touchdown runs! Shawn Sanchez had 3 rushing TDs, Nolan Ruiz-Olguin threw a 2-point conversion to Mariano, and ran another 2-point conversion into the endzone. The defense only allowed 1 score. The final score ended up being 22-6 Pirates!
We, as coaches, are extremely proud of the way the boys played and continue to handle the 1-0 mentality! The 7th-grade Pirates moved to 4-4 overall ( 4-0 district), and we host Jourdanton on November 6, 2025, for another district game and the last of the season! Thank you for all the support!
