Testing for Home-schooled Students (Education Code, §29.916(c), as amended by HB 1844, (80th Legislature)) Requires a school district to post on its website, the dates that PSAT/NMSQT or any college advanced placement test will be administered, the availability of the exams to homeschooled students and the procedures to register for them. Contact the High School Counselor for more information.
How does my student gain access to SAT and ACT testing?
LISD does not currently offer the PSAT exam.
Registration for Saturday national testing dates/centers can be accessed online at www.collegeboard.org for SAT and at www.act.org for the ACT exam. Lytle High School may be a testing site for students. Students may pre-register by reviewing the College Board Homeshool SAT Suite of Assessments website.
College Credit Programs (Tx. Educ. Code, §28.010(b), as amended by SB 282, (80th Legislature)) allows a school district to post on its website a notice regarding the availability of college credit programs in the district.
