Annual Christmas Dance is a Success Thanks to Team Effort

Our Special Education department would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of our annual dance! This year's Candy Land theme was vibrantly brought to life by the kaleidoscope of pastel colors! Students and staff from Devine ISD And Poteet ISD joined us for an unforgettable afternoon of joy and connection!

We are deeply thankful to Mrs. Berchelmann and the culinary arts students who crafted a delicious meal, and to Mrs. Clyde's art students who thrilled our guests with their festive face-painting skills! We also appreciated the students from Skull Studios who captured the essence of the event with photos and videos. We were honored to have Jay Tope as our DJ, providing non-stop entertainment, as well as many administrators that stopped by to join in the celebration!

Our Pirate Pals played a vital role in all our activities in the past few weeks, first by traveling with our students to Devine Acres to locate and cut down the perfect Christmas tree! Their efforts also included assisting in making snow globe decorations, decorating the Christmas tree, setting up, and cleaning up for the dance. We couldn't have done these activities without the help of our amazing Pirate Pals!

Lastly, thank you to all staff who work selflessly to ensure our students continue to learn and grow while enjoying the magic of the holiday season!

We wish you all a wonderful week and a very Merry Christmas!
