We at Lytle ISD are deeply saddened about the passing of Dezmarie Ortega. She graduated in May 2023 and will always be remembered as a cherished part of our Lytle Pirate Family.
Many students and staff enjoyed Dezmarie's friendly and sweet personality during her time with us. In support of our community, counseling services will be available at Lytle High School on Monday, December 9 throughout the school day.
We encourage anyone who needs emotional support during this difficult time to take advantage of these resources. Our hearts are with Dezmarie’s family and all who knew and loved her.
