These two were selected among strong nominations of students and teachers who exhibit Positive Pirate PRIDE and Capturing Kids' Hearts characteristics.

Mr. Mumme's peers say, "Mr. Mumme does an incredible job ensuring our daily announcements are updated and broadcast every day — both through our speakers and on the foyer slideshow. He goes above and beyond by adding messages of PRIDE and encouragement that reflect our Capturing Kids’ Hearts culture. Even this early in the school year, he is already training students in valuable skills: projecting their voices, using microphones properly, speaking with clarity, and even editing announcements in Premiere Pro. Through his technical expertise and perseverance, Mr. Mumme not only keeps everything running smoothly but also empowers students to develop real-world career and industry skills.
