We couldn't be more excited about the group of young men we have this upcoming year! This is the most connected group we've ever had, and they are primed and prepped to move more mountains this year! We have 18 seniors leading us this year, but we have some purposeful and passionate underclassmen that will immediately contribute as well! We are so proud of the growth that has happened since last November — not only physically, but more so mentally, emotionally, and spiritually! Our numbers continue to grow within the program, and our kids believe!
One thing we've created as a program mentality has been "Just Jump"! The best way to define this is "Fear Follows. Faith Leads." We want fear to take a backseat and allow faith to lead us out in front — no excuses, no hesitation! And I believe we can all apply this to every aspect of our life! Yes, there are so many situations where we live in fear, or we are scared of "what's next", but guess what? Take that next step! Move the mountain people didn't think can be moved! Change the life of a student who others didn't think you can't change! Seek out opportunities that people tell you that you can't do it! That's belief, trust, and confidence!
A strong, powerful quote by Glennon Doyle has become a message that speaks to me daily...
