Congratulations to Mr. Brian Kroeger, Lytle High School Graduate, Class of 1994 who was recently honored with the Dr. Mary Hopkins Personnel Administrator of the Year Award by the Texas Association of School Personnel Administrators (TASPA). This recognition is a testament to his exceptional contributions and dedication to the TASPA human resources community.
After graduating from Lytle High School, Mr. Kroeger received his undergraduate degree at Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University.) He began his career as the Theater Arts teacher at Splendora Junior High before moving to Splendora High School as their Theater Director. In 2008, he became an Assistant Principal for the District and served at both Splendora High School and Splendora Junior High. In 2011, he became Director of Student Services before moving into Human Resources in 2014. Currently, Mr. Kroeger is the Executive Director of Splendora Human Resources.
