Cross Country Pieper Relay Meet 8-10-2024 photos by Deborah Wagner
Your Lytle Pirate Cross Country team traveled up 281 to Pieper Ranch Middle School for our first Cross Country meet of the year. It was a relay style meet with 4 runners running a 1.5 mile loop. It was a good way to start our season as we begin our long journey to try and get back to the UIL State meet and on that medal stand.
We had 5 groups (Varsity Boys, Varsity Girls, 2-Junior Varsity Boys, Junior Varsity Girls) participating and all ran very well, and we look forward to our first traditional style meet in Floresville this Saturday.
