Professional Summary:

Deborah brings 28 years of exceptional service as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Lytle ISD. Her comprehensive experience spans preschool to high school populations, making her a versatile and knowledgeable leader. Known for her organizational skills and ability to handle changing caseloads, Deborah excels in staff training, goal collaboration, and supports teachers across the district to meet the individual needs of each student.

Education:

Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Texas Women’s University, Denton, TX

Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University, Waco, TX

Work Experience:

Since 1999, Deborah has served as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Lytle ISD, collaborating with teachers and administrators to align therapy and education goals. Her efforts have supported specific student needs, engaged parents and families, and designed educational programs addressing communication needs in various environments. Deborah has also been a crucial liaison between the Primary School campus and the Special Education department.

From 1996 to 1999, she worked as a Licensed SLP Assistant at Lytle ISD, providing direct speech and language treatment, attending student meetings, and administering assessments under supervision.
