The Lytle High School Mighty Pirate Band brought home some hardware from the God’s Country Pre-UIL Marching Festival held Oct. 10 at Barry Field in Hondo. The Pirates earned First Place for Visual Performance and Second Place Overall.

Congratulations to our band students and directors! These honors reflect their hard work, dedication and Pirate pride.

The Mighty Pirate Band will return to Barry Field on Oct. 17 for the UIL Region 11 Marching Contest, with a performance scheduled for 8:30 p.m.
