The Culinary PTECH students will complete 256 practicum hours this semester for their culinary college course with St. Philip's College. Working at Topis, a local restaurant on Lytle Main Street, students can practice their cooking and serving skills. Our district also provides learning experiences working with the Child Nutrition Department, where students can prepare and serve breakfast or lunch meals to their peers in the cafeteria. All students previously earned their ServSafe Manager certification, an industry-based certification.
