End of Year Medication Pick Up from the School Nurse

As the end of the school year approaches, please be reminded of the following important information regarding student medications:

If your child has medication stored in the nurse’s office, it must be picked up by Thursday, May 29th, by 3:30pm. If you are unable to pick it up by that date, please contact the school nurse no later than May 25, 2025 to make alternative arrangements.

Important Notes:

  • Medications will not be held over the summer.

  • Any medications left in the Health Office after June will be discarded.

  • Students are not permitted to transport any medications to or from school.

For the 2025–2026 School Year:

  • If your child will need any medication for the next school year (prescription, over

the counter, inhalers, Epi Pens, etc.) they MUST have updated doctor’s orders along with the Medication Administration Form and/or necessary action plan. Updated orders and paperwork MUST be submitted with the new medication.

  • You may bring updated doctor’s orders and medications in August, prior to the start of

    the school year.

  • Please use one of the following links to download and print the Medication Administration Form, Allergy Action Plan, and Asthma Action Plan if needed.

  • It has been a pleasure working with you and your children this year. We wish you all a safe,

    happy, and healthy summer.
