During the Fall 2024 semester, our Culinary P-TECH students took their first course on the St. Philip's College MLK Campus. These students are required to be in uniform, ready for inspection. They have grown their skills and are set in Spring 2025 to begin preparing three-course meals for the college campus restaurant, Artemisia's. Prior to students taking courses on the college campus, students were provided college course credit from our high school culinary teachers, Micah Berchelmann and Chef Johnny Stewart.
