On Friday, October 11, our Junior Varsity Volleyball team triumphed over the Poteet Aggies' Junior Varsity team in a thrilling three-set match. For the second game in a row, our team showed resilience, overcoming a first-set loss — something we haven’t been able to do in the past. Despite facing some frustrations and moments of discord on the court, we fought hard and secured a decisive victory in the third set.
A huge shoutout to our setter Maddie Maldonado, middle hitters Payton Devaney and Claire Canales, along with our outside hitters, Kolbi Perkins and Macey Ford, who stepped up when it mattered most, delivering crucial points. Thanks to their efforts, and the relentless determination of our defensive specialists who kept the ball off the floor, we claimed our second win of the season.
