The girls traveled to Dilley last night, January 30, 2024, and took care of business, winning 94-17 with everyone scoring. The Lady Pirates shot 50% from the field and 71% from the free throw line. They had 46 transition points and made Dilley commit 38 turnovers. The girls are now 8-0 in District play and 24-7 for the year. A win on Friday night here at home against Hondo will secure the District Championship for a 4 Peat for these Seniors and the team. It will also be Senior night as these Seniors possibly play their last home game before heading into the playoffs. Unless they get lucky on the flip the first round and get a home game! If you have not seen the girls play, Friday, February 2, 2024, would be a great night to come out and show your support! These Seniors have made history and are leaving a Legacy for Pirate basketball!
