On Friday, January 12, 2024, 17 lifters of the Powerlifting team traveled to Texas Strength Systems in San Antonio. It was another large meet of 100+ competitors, and once again, Lytle earned medals and the first trophy of the 2024 season!

Also, an honorary mention to Ethan DeLeon for being a great teammate. He was ready to take the shirt/squat suit off his back with no questions asked for a fellow lifter in a moment of need.
On Wednesday, January 17, 2024, 10 girls will travel to Natalia for a girls-only meet! Come out and support your Lytle Pirate Powerlifting team! The meet starts at 5:30pm in the high school gym. We hope to see you there!
