What this PROGRAM has done in the last 3 years. Now this is cool! 

This is my 21st year coaching Cross Country. It took 18 years to get both teams to State at the same time.  

In the last 3 years, only ONE school, Lucas Lovejoy, in the ENTIRE STATE OF TEXAS (in UIL) has more State Cross Country Trophies than Lytle. 

  • 1. Lucas Lovejoy - 6 titles
  • 2. Southlake Carroll, Lytle – 5 titles (tie)
  • 4. Hamilton 4 titles
  • 5. 10 schools tied at 3titles 

 There are over 1300 schools in the State of Texas in UIL. We were 1 of only 5 schools to put BOTH teams on the medal stand. This is the 2nd year in a row to do that.
