Mr. Corona’s Computer Science course is not a 6th Grade level course, or is it? According to TEA, Computer Science is to be taught at the high school level. Our 6th graders could care less. They are doing awesome work and need to be commended for what they have done as we wrap up our “Python Programming” Unit. Over the next few weeks, they will shift gears as they learn "Android App" development. They will learn to program using the MIT App Inventor website to create Apps for Android Cell Phones and Tablets. At present, there are only 2 middle schools in the state of Texas offering this training.
