Last night our 8th Grade Junior High B team boys played Jourdanton at home. They played extremely tough and never quit, in a hard-fought defensive battle. All players contributed and played very well on defense we had a lot of great stops, and effort. On offense Marcos Alvarado led your pirates with 5 points, followed by Kevin Martinez with 3 points. Riley Cathe, Richard Hernandez, and Diego Lozano contributed with 2 points each. Even though we didn't come out with a victory, I'm extremely proud of their effort on the court. We ended up losing the game 15-14. If you see any of these players, please congratulate them on their hard-fought effort. We will continue to work hard both on and off the court.
