Lytle Independent School District

The girls played at home on Friday night and beat Randolph in OVERTIME. It was a great home crowd and a great performance from the team. The girls played hard all 4 quarters and never quit. I was so proud of all of them they showed the hard work is paying off. We only have three more preseason games before district and I feel like they are peaking at the right time. You can see the improvements from them every game. Noelia Medina had 15 points and made crucial free throws in overtime Kiara Nixon fouled out with two minutes left in overtime and had 13 points. These two ladies have been coming through offensively for the team last few weeks. Defensively we looked our best all night which always comes from Kylie mask and Annalisa Crawley. Alex Nagelin came off the bench and gave us some great minutes. Everyone played and it was a great TEAM win. The girls will travel to Karnes City tomorrow game time 6:30. Go Pirates!!!
