Culinary Institute of Arts, located at the Pearl Brewery, welcomed us last week to their campus to tour and advise our students on the admissions process and degrees they offer for our Culinary Arts students interested in the Hospitality/Culinary Arts field. The school offers several degrees, their student run cafe (Savor located at the Pearl near Hotel Emma), and day courses for food and wine lovers. Our students were excited and loved the location of the school inside the Pearl Brewery and its scenery alongside the Riverwalk. Seeing the Riverwalk and the Pearl was a first for most of the students which added to their exposure to the real world as well. It’s always an awesome feeling to see their eyes opened to new ventures!
