Your Lytle Cross Country team got an early start Saturday, August 31st, and headed up the road to New Braunfels to participate in the 2019 Unicorn Cross Country invite.
The Varsity boys got their first look at Luling and realized that we have lots of work to do. JoseCarlos Hernandez was the lone medalist for the Varsity as he finished 7th to help the team to an 8th place team finish. It wasn't our best overall finish at this meet, but it helps us see where we are and what adjustments we need to make.
We had 2 medalists in the JV division. Freshman Eisabel Guerrero finished 10th in the JV girls’ division to help them to a 6th place finish and Freshman Robert Wagner came in 13th to help the boys to a 4th place team finish.
