1-20-2021 Girls Win the Rivalry Game, Kylie Mask Named MVP

The girls keep the Rivalry Basketball Trophy in Lytle for the 5th consecutive year beating Natalia in front of a great crowd, Janurary 19th. The girls held Natalia to 9 points at the half while we had 35. As a team, our defense caused Natalia to turn the ball over 35 times and we collected 20 steals. We continue to press our opponents and that leads to transition points for us. These nine girls have been working so hard if you see them let them know they are representing Lytle with Pride! We move to 9-0 in District and 16-5 for the season. We have 5 games left before playoffs and we remain in the 1st place spot. We unfortunately will not be able to play Friday due to COVID issues in Cotulla. Go Pirates!
