Last night, April 19th, the Junior High Lady Pirates took on the cross-town rival, Natalia Mustangs. We had two teams compete last night. The Pirate B squad gave Natalia a run for their money but came up short 9-11. That group is getting better every game!
For the second game the Lady Pirates A squad had some hot bats and good pitching. Solid hits from, Giselle Esparza, Addison Criado, Nayelli Pacheco. Defense was a hot spot as well. Anissa Perez throwing out one base stealer, and Addison Criado with three strikeouts! Pirates WIN 9-5.
