Pirate baseball traveled to Karnes City on Friday, April 23rd. After an inning and 2/3 the rain came down and we had to resume the game the following day at Lytle High School.
Caleb Wood threw a complete game shutout and got the win on the mound for the Pirates.
Highlights include: 11 hits by the Pirates as a team
Sebastian Flores, Carson Aldridge, Zak Placido and Justin Deleon each had multiple hits in the game.
Zak Placido was 2 for 4 with 3 RBI's
