If you came to the Junior High games on October 7, 2021 at Walter Joyce stadium to see what all the excitement was about, you were not disappointed. After the 7th Grade put on their usual show, the 8th Grade battled to a hard-fought victory. Those in attendance witnessed a tenacious defense with bodies flying all over the field, an offense that could ground it out between the tackles or spread ‘em out, a hidden ball trick play for a touchdown, a reverse on a kick-off, a corner blitz that caused an interception, a drive consisting solely of quarterback sneaks for a touchdown, and a double-reverse pass for a 2-point conversion (that we stole from our 7th grade team).
