Last night, December 9, 2021, we played “the other Pirates” from Poth, our goal was to get every one of the girls some playing time. We combined both the A & B teams since Poth did not have an 8th B-team, the B-team hasn’t had a game all season. Our girls always put their hearts and hard work into every game and although the score doesn’t reflect their hustle, we are extremely proud of the mini goals we accomplished last night. 8th Grade lost to Poth 8-49. Taryn Mc Donald had some excellent rebounds and a put back for 2 and a free throw, and Adrianne Muraira with two steals, one for a lay-up and the other for a 3-pointer. Everyone contributed to these young ladies putting us on the board: Mendoza, Sanchez, Villarreal, Lopez, Hutton, Sewell, Georgiev, Garcia, Dominguez, Perez, Cruz, Aldape, Castano, and Estrada all were able to experience some playing time. Thank you for your amazing support.
