3-1-2022 Girls Defeat London and are Regional Semi Final Champs! Elite 8!

The girls traveled to Seguin on Friday night, February 18, 2022, and beat London 62-44. Our defense and transition game were our best all season. The guards from London just could not handle the pressure. We had 14 steals and created 15 turnovers. We grabbed 34 rebounds and did a great job keeping London out of the paint.

We cannot thank everyone enough for all the support on Friday night. The stands were full. It was overwhelming, the support the Lytle community showed. From the sendoffs to the return with all the parents and fans with police escort back into town was unreal. We had to get the girls fed and back home and rest because we had to turn around and play at 1:00PM on Saturday in Seguin against Bishop. So, we really didn’t have time to celebrate as much as we wanted because we had to prepare for the next day!
