Last night, October 13, 2022, the 7th Grade Pirates traveled down the road to take on the Hondo Owls! It was a tough game from start to end. The defense came out and forced an early turnover! Both offenses would find their groove early and would move the ball up and down the field. Hondo would strike on back-to-back possessions; but the Pirates responded right before the half! Unfortunately, some self-inflicted mistakes allowed the game to slip away from the Pirates in the end. Their effort was still one to be proud of! We look forward to being back home in front of our Lytle family next week!
