The girls traveled to take on San Marcos yesterday, January 3, 2023 and lost 54 – 41. We started off a little slow but once we settled in, we played all three quarters and beat them in the fourth. This was our last preseason game of the year. This schedule was designed to get us ready for District play and the Playoffs. Friday night we will see if it has paid off. We have seen some of the best teams in the State and in the Area. We finished the preseason 14-10. I am so proud of the girls. We told them it does not matter where you start, what matters is where you finish. We start Friday night in Natalia. Tipoff is at 6:15pm. Hope to see everyone there! Our record is 0-0. I am excited to see how this team comes out on Friday. We are healthy, so that is the most exciting part.
