Amidst 40-degree weather and no indoor availability, the Lytle Varsity Tennis Team took to the courts again today, February 17, 2023. It was a great day and all the players performed well. The outstanding players once again were Senior, Cambri Davila and Junior, Lola Patino, who placed 3rd, losing to teammates, Senior, Chessa Hartley-Mapes and newcomer, Sophomore, Joanna Plaza.
We didn’t have to stay until 11:30 pm this time, and the girls made us proud once again. We will travel to Seguin for the Varsity Stockdale Invitational to meet up with some great talent heading into the second half of our season.
Congratulations to all the players today and yesterday; it was a great two days to be a Pirate!
