High School Student Parking Permit Request All students who drive themselves to school must have a parking permit.
VOE Request Form Verification of Education (VOE) forms required to apply for a state driver's license from the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) can be obtained from the high school front office. Student must have 90% attendance and passing grades.
