I just wanted to relay this final recap for our historical season. Not only did this group of Seniors lead us back to the State tournament after a 99-year absence, but they also cleaned up all the awards for District 28-3A. The boys finished with a season record of 34-7 and ranked 7th by TABC before the State Tournament appearance. Seniors Jordan Balderaz and Jaelen Guevara were also named to the TABC 3A All-Region 4 team. Fingers crossed as I am still waiting for the TABC All-State team to be released.
