April, 6th, the day has finally come where we have beat Natalia in softball!  

Despite a few errors allowing runs to score for the Mustangs, the girls answered back in the bottom of the 1st. Elysa Aleman, with a 3-2 pitch, hit a GRAND SLAM! Moriah Gomez tripled with runners on making the score 7-2.  

In the 3rd, with a runner on, Natalie Pacheco hit a Homerun. Score is now 11-3. The Mustangs fought during the fourth scoring 4. Score is now 11-7. In the 6th, the Mustangs hit the first 3 batters loading up the bases. Pacheco doubles, scoring 2, followed by Alyssa Montalvo doubling, scoring 2 as well.  Score is now 17-8. The Mustangs only scored one in the 7th ending the ballgame 17-9. 
 
The girls are now 5-4 in District play.
