Can families/students use their own personally owned devices?

If families choose to use personal devices instead of school issued devices, they will have to connect their student’s school email as a user on the device and they will be responsible for installing apps needed by the teacher or campus that will be used in instruction. When students use Lytle ISD issued devices we push the needed apps out and it shows up on the device.

If families choose to use their personal devices, we will provide Technology support to try to fix software or app issues. If we can’t fix the issue, then families may have to pick up a district device or use a newer device if they own one.
