If students or parents need to reach a teacher for help with assignments, etc., how will they do so? How quick will the turnaround time be?

Students or parents can email (firstname.lastname@lytleisd.org) teachers or send comments within their LMS assignments. Teachers are committed to getting back to parents and students within 24 hours of receiving a message.

Elementary will provide parents a link to submit “Help” tickets.
