What is Skull Studios?
-
Skull Studios Club learn and practice skills to be journalists, photographers, video producers, graphics designers, and social media publishers. Students will create media products that showcase Lytle ISD events and stories.
Projects focus on increasing the communications and coverage of student, staff, academic, extracurricular, and community service activities across all Lytle campuses. Students receive credit for their contributions to media products and build their own digital portfolios that will open doors to future opportunities.
The Skull Studios Student Club is availlable for students who are interested in building their digital and media skills. Skull Studios students are provided opportunities to meet, create, compete, and further explore careers in all media technology fields during lunch and before/after school.

11-9-2022 Commercial Photography Student Creates Logo for the Keep Lytle Beautiful Committee
Members of the "Keep Lytle Beautiful" committee decided they wanted a logo to brand their efforts. After speaking with Lytle Mayor Ruben Gonzalez, committee members David Emery and Christopher Bowen looked at the logo for "Keep Texas Beautiful" - the state-level affiliate organization.

10-28-2022 2022 Lytle Elementary Costume Parade
Every year, Lytle Elementary teams up with our Central Office staff and they all dress up in their favorite Halloween costumes to put on a parade for parents plus the Junior High and High School campuses. This year, rain kept the ghouls, goblins, robots and Einsteins indoors, so this video brings the parade to you! Happy Halloween!

9-9-2021 Digital Design Students Create 911 Memorial for Lytle VFW 2021
I'm so proud of our Digital Design/Skull Studios students who jumped on the opportunity to design this beautiful 911 memorial for our Lytle VFW. Thank you to Chris Clouser who reached out to our wonderful Ag instructor, Raul Flores to borrow the billboards built by Ag students and made out of recycled wooden pallets! Mr. Flores recommended Mr. Clouser get Skull Studios kids involved in creating a design to honor 3,000+ victims. You can see this memorial Friday at the High School, and then it will be moved to Lytle Main Street, near the VFW Gazebo. Spend some time today or in the coming days remembering the victims and honoring our heroes who stepped up in defense of our great nation.
