Lytle ISD is receiving federal stimulus dollars to help offset unexpected costs caused by the pandemic.

The federal dollars are provided by the Elementary and Secondary Emergency Relief (ESSER) funds.
ESSER is distributed as three separate programs; ESSER I, ESSER II and ESSER III. Funds will be available to the district from July 2020- June 2024.ESSER provides resources for
- Critical one-time investments
- Added additional staff (aides, nursing staff and IT)
- Time-limited programming to respond to the pandemic
- Innovation that can redefine student learning, acceleration and development
